Your responsibilities
- Taking care of our customers and suppliers in the domestic and international markets, mainly through telephone and e-mail communication, as well as occasional personal meetings
- Expanding our customer and supplier portfolio, carrying out regular business acquisition activities, mainly on foreign markets (contacting new companies)
- Collecting transport orders from our sales team and subsequently planning and selling them to suppliers
- Handling administrative tasks related to business acquisition, sales, and purchasing of transport orders
- Providing occasional administrative support to more experienced colleagues

What we expect from you
- Completed secondary education with a school-leaving certificate; university degree is an advantage (preferably in business, logistics, or German studies)
- Communicative knowledge of German, English, or Polish is required (minimum level B2); knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Basic user-level computer skills
- Ability to handle stress, independence, flexibility, and willingness to learn new things
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, a team-oriented mindset, and strong communication skills
