- Telephone and online outreach to potential customers/suppliers—identifying their requirements and needs
- Daily communication in Romanian or English (by phone and in writing) with suppliers and customers
- Administrative and business support for the freight forwarding team
- Processing orders and entering shipments into Financial Navision

What we expect from you
- Completed secondary education
- German or English language skills at B2 level
