Your responsibilities
- Customer and supplier care domestically and internationally, primarily by phone and email, with occasional personal contact
- Expanding the portfolio of customers and suppliers, regular acquisition activities primarily on the German market (contacting new companies)
- Order collection from our sales representatives and subsequent planning and selling to carriers
- Administrative tasks related to acquisitions, sales and order purchasing
- Occasional administrative support for more senior colleagues

What we expect from you
- Completed secondary education with school-leaving exam; university degree an advantage (preferably in business/logistics/German studies)
- Communicative command of German is a requirement (min. B2 level); additional languages an advantage
- PC user skills
- Stress resilience, independence, flexibility and eagerness to learn new things
- Ability to work in a team, team spirit and good communication skills
