What kind of personal data do we collect?

We collect only personal data for the purpose of communication with the website users or for the purpose of execution of the offered service or sale of goods on the basis of concluded agreement. These are the name, surname, delivery address, address for invoices, e-mail and payment data according to the type of payment.For what purpose do we process personal data?

What is the purpose we process personal data for?

Personal data processing is necessary for our communication with website users or for the execution of contract, concluded by any order of offered services for the following purposes:

  • Information about product news.
  • Execution of services.
  • Information about the order condition.
  • Delivery of any ordered goods.
  • Potential complaint handling.

We need the e-mail address to be able to inform you about any discounts, joint events, competitions and other interesting news. You need to provide us your consent for such extended marketing communication. This consent is provided by completing the registration for these e-mails or by e-mail confirmation, sent to you on the basis of an order of service/product.

General provisions

  1. The customer provides his personal data and his consent for their provision to third parties under the conditions mentioned below.
  2. Personal data will be processed automatically in an electronic form or in a hard copy non-automatically.
  3. In the event the website user believes the controller of processor performs processing of his/her personal data in contradiction to the protection of private or personal life or contradictory to the law, in particular if the personal data are inaccurate with regard to the purpose of their processing, he may: - request the seller or processor to provide explanation at his electronic address – request the controller or processor in a form of request sent to his electronic address or in writing to eliminate such existing condition.

  4. In the event the website user requests information about the processing of his personal data, the seller shall provide him this information at his electronic address or in writing by mail. The controller has the right to request adequate compensation for the provision of information according to the previous sentence, not exceeding the costs necessary for the provision of information in the event of repetitive request..
  5. The seller is a properly registered personal data controller. Personal data of customers are secured against their misuse. Handling with the personal data of customers follows the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
  6. Any errancies, queries, leaks or misuses of personal data may be notified to a respective Office for Personal Data Protection. (ÚOOÚ)
